Adatto Construction has provided quality construction services to commercial and residential customers for 30 years. Owner Richard Adatto is a graduate of The University of Washington and a local businessman dedicated to serving the community. For three decades Adatto Construction has successfully completed every project undertaken. By matching resources and expertise to the needs of clients, Adatto Construction provides cost effective and timely quality construction and renovation of existing buildings.

Adatto Construction offers a range of services, including architectural coordination and permitting, condo conversion, condo sales center construction, and standard construction and management services for residential and commercial buildings. Our ability to complete time-constrained projects within budget goals is evidenced by many successful projects completed to date. Recent projects have included a number of Seattle area condominium sales centers, including Equinox of Eastlake, Gallery of Belltown, and Escala Midtown, a luxury condo sales center featured in the February 27, 2007 issue of the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. Recent condo conversion projects include The Pittsburgh and Queens Court, two historic apartment buildings located in lower Queen Anne, as well as the conversion of apartments into condominiums at Cambria Hills in Bothell, Washington.

Today, as construction projects become more complex and schedules more compressed, we offer the talents of our employees and contacts to provide the service you deserve. With over 25 years of experience and commitment to Adatto Construction, Paul Peterson serves as the Senior Project Manager. Project Manager Shana Hinds has overseen the construction of most of the condo sales centers that you see today in the Seattle area. Tran Nguyen brings an engineering degree and experience with major corporations to the team as a Project Manager. Richard Adatto is thoroughly involved and dedicated to all projects, with the knowledge of and passion for the construction industry that matches the hard work of his staff. The staff of Adatto Construction all work to provide the attention to planning, scheduling, budget analysis, value engineering, craftsmanship, and supervision to ensure that your needs receive our full care and attention.
