Brix is a new condo development in Capitol Hill. The Sales Center needs to be relocated to better showcase its amenities.

French bar/restaurant located in the Pike Place area. Minor work to be done includes renovating the outside dining area and
upstairs bar.

Equinox is a new live/work development in the Eastlake Area. The Sales Center needs a slight remodel for an additional kitchen,
additional lighting, painting, landscaping, and other small repairs.

Office space located on 4130 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134. Plans are to double the existing office space. Starting May 2008.

New restuarant located in Old Bellevue at 10245 Main St, #101, Bellevue, WA 98004. This restaurant will be a larger extension
of Monsoon in Capitiol Hill, featuring a "Saigon meets Bejing meets Northwest" flavor. We are taking the former Porcela's location
and doing some major tenant improvements. Completion date is tentatively September 2008.
